Buying Real Estate and Renting it out to pay for mortgage?
Hello, I am interested in buying a 2 BR and hire one or two bedrooms. I saved up to 50K, but I’m not real income yet. However, I can easily find a job making 50K if I do (but would rather not). I want to buy property and just pay the rent for the place. Is this possible?

50k it a lot of money. If you buy a place and to top it along tenant rent will be OK
