This is a great book to learn about the process at a high level, as well as get refernce website links for continued research. While I didn’t take the author’s advice of skipping around it is entirely possible to skip around chapters, reading what’s most interesting first, before coming back thanks to the simply way everything is explained inside. Whether a first time buyer or a long time investor I think anyone would benefit from reading this book.
