House Flipping

I was interested in buying a house for over a year now. I know there are many entries here in town, only problem is my Realitor seems unwilling to help me find any. Has anyone here ever bought a foreclosure? How did you find? Was it difficult to buy? Do you have money? any info you can give me is greatly appreciated. thank you.
