Tips for our first house flip?

Considering a house in a hot realestate market. Any advice? Links are awesome! Wrote hot market, because I’m from the states. . . Im ha thats a market increase of 26% in the last 2 years. Ive already bought 2 houses and sold one. One which we live were considering buying a house to work and sell cosmetics. My boyfriend is a carptenter.

    Remember kitchens and bathrooms sell! Dont skimp on the rooms. Do not go overboard on any of the other rooms.

    With the housing market as it is, is taking a big chance. If I had done this three years ago, could make a profit, but now the possibilities are uncertain at best. Most people who think they know about “flip” into the head because they know nothing and are not real contractors with experience. They do not take into account the additional costs because they have no idea what the problems are. Then, an idiot has to pay two mortgages at once because it has fallen and the incredible additional costs and time, and is not none of this realistically. People are now sitting in their own homes, not reversed, for over 6 months trying to sell because they can not pay taxes, mortgage payments and those organizations. I can not understand why you should choose now to try esto.Mi important suggestion: Do not let greed destroy you. That’s at least one third of the cause of the housing market died. If you can not pay three times the cost of what they have already figured, it could very possibly lose big.     For many people, trying to save money and trying to do everything themselves and yet are unaware of how. This takes considerably more time and more than likely that mistakes should be corrected. Get a good team with great experience and in turn efficiently and quickly. Time is money to launch a house.
