These guys are fuckin late, just listen to their last line “You’re Gonna want a new kitchen … Spend thousands of extra” Sorry Buddy, but I had a few houses and the extra mile barely covers granite countertops in most cases, redo a new kitchen, expect to pay 10000, at least, the last kitchen I remade cost 24,000! tiles on the floor cost me over a thousand!

Hell, I still think that the things these guys overprice. I can do a complete detoxification of a house in this form with $ 15,000 in total costs of renovation and the place to play. There should be a new kitchen floors, new models. . . Because I do most work myself, and only call for professional electrical, plumbing or gas work. Fortunately I can do the rest myself. This helps to draw your maximum benefit as well.

Well, there are certainly many things you will not see a 9 minute video on rehabbing a house. Make sure you have a good agreement DEEP these days, if you’re stuck with.

these guys scam you. they’ll put up with someone who will change the law to address before closing. you lose either the deal or do half of what you thought you would. There are many more sites try flipman on utube
