Having had plenty of experience in real estate investments, many friends ask me “What is a good book to read on the subject?” I usually say that check out armfuls of library boo0ks, like me, because none addressed the issue in whole or in very deep, but each added something to their attention. This was never a good answer, because we had to plow the ground again and otra.Magic Bullets in Real Estate became the real answer book. I was so impressed by it, I bought many of them as a gift to the people with whom I wanted to share my enthusiasm for property investment. If I had the time and inclination to write a book on investing, this would be that I would seek. It confirms much of what I learned from the field and throws everything into a viable approach to guide me in the future. It is carefully written so that some questions unanswered. The author has a true style of writing that some of the big “gurus” have dominated but, unfortunately, given all the attention. His book is very upbeat and fun to read, and their understanding of clear communication eliminates the usual need to reflect on what I wanted the title is decir.Aunque Zing, this book is full of great ideas from beginning to end. That deserves much more in the investment world than I probably ever, so I suggest that anyone reading this, buy, enjoy it, and I recommend it to anyone who asks, “What is a good book to read on the subjest? This is a quick read with many useful ideas. The best chapter is set on 2 UPS week. If you are new to real estate that would be a good starting point. Rating: 4 / 5
