Yea, I guess we were looking like twins, yikes! I’ve ordered glasses in a bronze-tone today, so now I need to get my hair to match!

Someone who knows my secrets! ;-)

  • PrescottForrest:

Oh, a funny story about your hair color. I was walking behind you when you were pushing Grandma, and was thinking, “Why is Grandma pushing her own wheelchair? I guess she just felt like walking” Then I got closer and realized it was not her….

  • PrescottForrest:

Don’t let her fool you, she just clears out the view of the camera! Lol! Just kidding.

oh dear I live in Arizona so any talk of real estate makes me dizzy…

You’re absolutely correct I think though about in this era, being a “real” person to clients/customers/employers regardless of what professional/business/job you go into.

I’ve tried to keep that in mind with my YT/Twitter all along and keep it personal but on a good path. I’m a middle aged white guy and it’s highly unlikely any employer will ever consider me now but in case they do, they can see I’m internet savvy.

Whoever cleans your house does a great job. Maybe it’s you. I just notice thing like clean rooms because I use to clean houses for people. I hope the best for your real estate and house flip.

I meant to rate your post with a thumbs up –
and accidentally hit the wrong icon….sorry about that and agree with you 100%.

You don’t want to get into that one, lol. “House flipping” has always been overrated. It works best as a sideline for people that are already established contractors, who are able to get the work done cheaply and are able to evaluate what’s needed easily. At least that’s my view.

    Five Stars!
